Chef Sylvain is the new Executive Manager of Food & Beverage at Grand Villa Casino. Sylvain brings with him a wealth of culinary knowledge and senior level hospitality leadership. In addition to his tenure with Ritz-Carlton Hotels, Fairmont Hotels, Grouse Mountain Resort and River Rock Casino Resort, he has also served on several advisory committees for culinary education and Inter-provincial red seal program development. Most recently he has had an opportunity to focus energy towards his passion for passing on knowledge and developing future industry leaders during his time as a chef instructor at Vancouver Community College.
